OT_J163120.9+103134 = CSS transient = 1RXS J163119.5+103111

   I independently pickup up this object based on ROSAT identification.
The object is confirmed to be an SU UMa-type dwarf nova in superoutburst:

Subject: [cvnet-discussion] 14th mag dwarf nova from CSS

The Catalina Sky Survey found a new dwarf nova in outburst at magnitude 14.0 last night: <http://nesssi.cacr.caltech.edu/catalina/20080505/805051090884151996.html>.  According to their previous data, it is between 18 and 19th magnitude at minimum.  The position 16 31 20.89 +10 31 33.9 corresponds to the object USNO-A2.0 0975-08379078.  It may be identical to the ROSAT source 1RXS J163119.5+103111.
No other outbursts of this object have been recorded by NEAT <http://skyview.gsfc.nasa.gov/skymorph/skymorph.html>.

Mean Magnitude 14.4mag; amplitude 0.25mag and 0.063 day period 
(based on two humps between 05.86-05.97UT May 2008).
