Visual magnitude estimates by P. Schmeer, Bischmisheim, Germany:

CYGV1251 20081019.871  124 Scp

By unknown reason I checked the variable at tonight's first
observation only with my left eye, and probably did not
position the star image properly in my field of view. With
my right eye I might have seen it already at that time.
