CP Dra superhump period update

   Ian Miller has reported further observations during the current
superoutburst.   The mean superhump period during the entire superoutburst
was 0.08345(1) d.  There was an apparent decrease in the period around
March 27.  The mean periods before and after this were 0.08373(2) d
0.08329(3) d, respectively.
