Kato Taichi reports that past outbursts of this object, previously  reported as a Catalina Candidate CV by the CRTS, have been recorded in ASAS3 data, so it is after all likely a past missed relatively bright UGSS (well, past missed by us hominids, the automated ASAS3 system caught it)
