   We have received observations from Crimean Astrophys. Obs. team
(Oksana Antonyuk, relayed by E. Pavlenko) and Maehara-san.

   The hump profile on Dec. 8 appeared unstable, and ordinary superhumps,
once appeared to grow, were again sometimes interrupted by double-wave
modulations.  The mean period on this day was 0.05727(3) d (mean amplitude
0.04 mag, initial maximum stronger as in ordinary superhumps).
The signal may have been a combination of early superhumps and young
ordinary superhumps.  We are expecting to receive subsequent observations
on Dec. 9.
