Dear All,

We also continue spectroscopy of OTJ213806.6+261957
using 1.3m ARAKI telescope at Kyoto Sangyo University.

Our preliminary spectra are shown in the following page;
http://www.cc.kyoto-su.ac.jp/~arai6a/obslog/otj2138.html<http://www.cc.kyoto-su.ac.jp/%7Earai6a/obslog/otj2138.html>

Spectral features of this object are very similar to that in the
"Plateau Phase" of GW Lib in 2008 outburst (Hiroi et al., 2009, PASJ, 61,
697).

Regards,
A. Arai,
Koyama Astronomical Observatory,
Kyoto Sangyo Univ.
