V844 Her: superhumps (de Miguel)

   The object has apparently returned to a "frequently superoutbursting"
state (as in 2002-2003).

===

Comments: Clear skies. Object low in the W horizon. Run extended
              up to relatively high airmass (X=2.32). After linear
              detrending of the data, P_sh=0.0529 d (using ANOVA).
              This is to be taken as a very crude estimate of P_sh
              as the run only spans ~90 min. The peak-to-peak modulation
              is ~0.15. This seems to confirm the superoutburst state
              of this object as suggested by visual estimates reported
              by P. Schmeer in [vsnet-alert 12307].

              <Var-Comp>   =  1.00(4)
              <Var-Check>  = -0.17(5)
              <Comp-Check> = -1.172(17)

              Using my transformation relations to the V band,
              the mean brightness in V is 13.05(4).
