#240: Possible nova in Scorpius

Images obtained in BVRI on 110602 around 11:30UT confirm the presence of
this possible nova.

Astrometry using MaxIm and a UCAC2 background, giver the following J2000
position:

RA: 16 55 09.47
DEC:	-38 38 04.4

(Ave residual 0.1arc")

Magnitudes (untransformed) are:

B	12.58 +/- 0.04
V	10.95 +/- 0.02
R	09.70 +/- 0.01
I	08.55 +/- 0.05

object at these coordinates, continue to monitor it; V-band time series
would be useful at this early stage.
