OT_J211213.0-663804 = Catalina transient (=NSV13572?)

   CRTS SSS has detected a new bright CV (=SSS110528:211213-663804).
There have been numerous outburst detections in the past CRTS SSS data
and ASAS-3.  The brightest outburst reached 13.6V (ASAS).
The identity with NSV 13572 (BV 1330) needs to be confirmed.
