[vsnet-alert 14783] Re: OT J125900.8-133442 = Catalina transient

I have checked NEAT data available at SkyMorph website. The field of
OT J125900.8-133442 was imaged 84 times on 30 different nights from
1998 May 16 to 2006 June 28. The variable was in bright outburst
(unfiltered magnitude 14.9-15.1) on 2002 March 19. It was at quiecence
on 2002 Feb. 26 before the outburst and has faded again by 2002 April
05.

I also note that OT J125900.8-133442 has an ultraviolet counterpart in
GALEX data:

GALEX J125900.8-133441
FUV=20.22+/-0.19 NUV=20.04+/-0.09
