MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope has detected an outburst of a
poorly studied dwarf nova V1032 Cyg (coordinates: 20 02 40.14 +57 16
26.7). Here are the recent observations:

--------------------------------------
YYYYMMDD.DDD mag Observer
--------------------------------------
20120410.684 <18.2C MASTER-Amur
20120513.646 <17.4C MASTER-Amur
20120625.844 15.85C MASTER-Kislovodsk
20120625.870 15.90C MASTER-Kislovodsk
20120625.898 15.96C MASTER-Kislovodsk
--------------------------------------

Reported range of variability is 15.5 - <18.0 p. Orbital period is
unknown. USNO-B1.0 magnitudes are about B=18.6 R=18.2, so outburst
amplitude is rather small. Maybe it is just another ordinary UGSS, but
you never know until you try the time-resolved photometry.
