V1454 Cyg outburst

   The SU UMa-type dwarf nova V1454 Cyg is undergoing an outburst.
Although the 2009 superoutburst of this object was observed, we still
need more observations.  As shown in arXiv:1111.4286, the SDSS candidate
counterpart is not blue.  Accurate astrometry is also needed for
secure identification of the quiescent counterpart.
