I did multicolor photometry of this nova candidate with 20cm Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope + Apogee E47 CCD camera.
Photometric results were;

2012 05 12.6258 12.97V, 12.18Rc, 11.81Ic.



As spectroscopic confirmation by Fujii-san, it is nova in decline phase.
Please check your survey images since 2009 or earlier.
