Dear all,

I have just found the second outburst of a dwarf nova in the field of
MASTER OT J021216.01+461154.5 which I have announced in [vsnet-alert
14965] two weeks ago. Now the outburst is still ongoing, so hopefully
someone will be able to run the time series. The photometry from
Bradford Robotic Telescope images follows:

DDE 31 = GALEX J021317.1+460643 = SDSS J021317.18+460643.4
  20120831.200 <18.5 BRT
  20120914.162 170CR BRT discovery outburst
  20120921.141 185CR BRT
  20120929.121 188CR BRT
  20121007.102 188CR BRT
  20121015.145 163CR BRT 2nd outburst

The variable is identical to USNO-A2.0 1350-02093085 (R=17.8 B=17.3),
USNO-B1.0 1361-0046643 (B1=17.26 R1=17.81 B2=18.60 R2=18.04 I=18.46),
GALEX J021317.1+460643 (FUV=19.89+/-0.19 NUV=19.50+/-0.11) and SDSS
J021317.18+460643.4 (u=18.46 g=18.54 r=18.42 i=18.13 z=18.08).

I have assigned the number DDE 31 to this variable (DDE 29 and DDE 30
were discovered earlier, but not published yet). The catalog
VarDDE.html will be updated later when I find the new place for it on
the web after leaving IKI.
