[vsnet-alert 15589] New bright CV in Draco by MASTER

Pavel Balanutsa has discovered another large amplitude dwarf nova on
MASTER-Amur survey images. It was just publised in Astronomer's
Telegram ATel #4956:

MASTER OT J111759.87+765131.6 - new bright CV
  20130404.680  14.5C  MASTER-Amur
  20130404.709  14.5C  MASTER-Amur

The new object is identical to the blue star SDSS J111759.71+765130.5
with the magnitudes u=21.32 g=21.18 r=21.19 i=21.04 z=20.63, see

Another ID: USNO-B1.0 1668-0059833 (11 17 59.451 +76 51 31.11 B1=20.74
B2=20.84).

MASTER OT J111759.87+765131.6 is likely the dwarf nova of UGSU (SU
UMa) subtype in superoutburst. Follow up observations are encouraged.
