This object was in outburst on 1993-05-30 Palomar red plate and is
included into USNO-B1.0 ctalogue with R2=14.65:

USNO-B1.0 1276-0354983
18 30 08.833 +37 36 41.77 pmRA=-8 pmDE=20 B1=16.15 R1=16.87 B2=17.51
R2=14.65 I=17.47

MASTER-Amur has observed it in bright state on 2013 Feb. 22:

ASASSN-13bs = 2MASS 18300884+3736415
  20130207.835   165C   MASTER-Amur
  20130207.867   176C   MASTER-Amur
  20130222.823  14.09C  MASTER-Amur
  20130222.855  13.95C  MASTER-Amur

Since the MASTER unfiltered magnitudes are compared to the linear
combination of USNO R2 and B2 mags, this object has never satisfied
the transient detection criterion.
