V521 Peg: updated superhump period

   We have received new observations from Maehara-san, Akazawa-san
and Roger Pickard.  There appears to have been a stage transition
(A to B) between Aug. 3 and 4.  The mean perios were:
0.06143(2) (stage A), 0.06069(2) (stage B).
Although the segment of stage A may be too short to determine
the mass ratio, the present strategy appears to be promising.
Let's start observing as quickly as possible when a superoutburst
is detected!
