     Yes, the Allen chart is mismarked (1984PASAu...5..369A),
but the correction has percolated into the GCVS, VSX,
and even SIMBAD.  The precise coordinates for J2000 are: 
17 42 38.29 -15 24 26.1 from UCAC2.
