     ...presumably the RA time-seconds should be 45, not 35, yes?

     Also, since the object is something like mag 5,
is it possible to use a visual spectroscope to see the
emission lines?  I understand the location at large hour-angle
may make it difficult to get a telescope with a proper
spectrograph to point to it.
