I have found new large-amplitude dwarf nova in Perseus in MASTER-Tunka
data from the last night. It was published in Astronomer's Telegram
ATel #5572 together with two other CVs, see
http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=5572

MASTER OT J024847.86+501239.7
  20131111.5149 15.57 MASTER-Tunka
  20131111.5161 15.63 MASTER-Tunka
  20131111.5175 15.75 MASTER-Tunka
  20131111.5475 15.82 MASTER-Tunka
  20131111.5491 15.77 MASTER-Tunka
  20131111.5507 15.72 MASTER-Tunka

Photometric errors of individual measurements are 0.07m, so the
variations by ~0.2m are likely real.

Faint blue star is present near the OT on Palomar plates and in GSC
2.3.2 with coordinates 02 48 48.079 +50 12 38.51 and jmag=22.11.

There is also an UV counterpart GALEX J024848.1+501238
(FUV=19.54+/-0.17 NUV=18.86+/-0.07).
