Outburst is quite fresh - no more than 5 days old, as seen from the
recent MASTER-Tunka data.

Object is still bright! Sep. 18 images are deeper and of better seeing
compared to Sep. 17th. The fading by 0.15m on the discovery night may
be spurious due to poor image quality (errors on individual frames
were 0.01, 0.04 and 0.09m). The position measured on Sep. 18 (average
of 6 detections) is 00 45 27.54 +50 32 14.2.
