MASTER-Kislovodsk has picked up this dwarf nova [vsnet-alert 17101] in
survey mode on 2014 Mar. 31.947 UT at unfiltered mag 15.2. Brian Skiff
has already reported in [vsnet-alert 17105] that it was in outburst on
1995.4648 infrared Palomar plate (hence Nmag=15.55 in GSC 2.3.2) and
at quiescence on other DSS plates. Here is the image with a comparison
of 1995-06-19 (outburst) and 1996-08-16 (quiescence) infrared DSS
plates:

I have also checked SkyMorph database at
http://skyview.gsfc.nasa.gov/skymorph/skymorph.html that has 63 NEAT
images of this field on 21 nights from 1997 July 05 to 2005 Aug. 28.
Object was in outburst on three 2005 July 25 images and below the
detection limit on other nights, including 2005 July 17 (8 days
earlier) and 2005 Aug. 06 (12 nights later). Here is the comparison of
2005 July 17, July 25 and Aug. 06 NEAT images (sums of 3 exposures on
each night):

The star was 1.7' from the edge of NEAT field of view on those images.
