I have taken snapshot observations of this object during the past 3 nights.
The star dropped in brightness already to mag 10.65 last night from the
maximum of about 9.95. There is also little difference in brightness in I
and V band (V slightly brighter).

Data are with the AAVSO.

PNV J17144255-2943481: Fujii-san's spectrum

   Fujii-san's spectrum on Apr. 13.  Both Halpha and Hbeta are in emission
and the equivalent width of Halpha is 16A.
HeI lines 4922, 5015, 5876, 6678, 7065 are also in emission.
The spectrum is that of a dwarf nova, and time series photometry is
encouraged.
