CR Boo: bright state after dips

   Josch Hambsch, Arto Oksanen, Colin Littlefield,
Pavol A. Dubovsky, Rudolf Novak and Maeda-san have reported
new observations.  The object entered a plateau
phase after dips around Apr. 16-19.  This type of
behavior was also recorded in 2012 (AAVSO data),
but this phase was not so well observed in the past.
Oscillations (likely superhumps) are still seen
and more observations are needed.
