MASTER OT J162323.48+782603.3: new periodicity

   Shugarov's team (S.Shugarov and D.Chochol) have
reported new observations.  The data support
the appearance of a new period of 0.08764(2) d.
The period is shorter by 1.2% than that of superhumps
seen during the plateau phase.  This decrease in
the period is too large for a stage B-C transition.
Further observations are encouraged.
