   CRTS detected this likely bright CV (=CSS140111:052330-161020).
No previous outbursts were detected in the CRTS data.
The GSC 2.3 record (~20 mag) suggests a large (>6 mag)
outburst amplitude.  Time-series observations are encouraged!
