OT J213806.6+261957: positive Pdot

   Josch Hambsch, Akazawa-san, Osaka Kyoiku U. team,
Tamas Tordai, Kiyota-san and Shawn Dvorak havd reported
new observations.  The increase in the superhump period
has now become prominent.  The mean period has been
0.05495(1) d (stage B) and Pdot is +8(2)*10^(-5).
This Pdot value is similar to what was observed in 2010.
