ASASSN-13cx: a new deeply eclipsing SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   From Enrique de Miguel:

I'm sending the first part of a time series on this target. I had to =
stop the run and switch to a second scope due to technical problems.
The second part is about to finish and processed in ~15-30 min. Anyway, =
this is a clearly eclipsing system, with a Porb ~0.08 d.
A more accurate value in the second part.

Comments: new, deeply eclipsing UGSU in outburst.
Mechanical problem after the meridian flip, which I have
tried to fix remotely with no success. Second part
of the time series using a different scope (t4).
There will probably be a slight offset bettwen the mags
from these two scopes (t2 and t4). Anyway, one clear
eclipse in this run. A tentative Porb is 0.08 d, but
a reliable determination will have to wait
till the second-part run is over.

Comments: Timing the two eclipse minima from this and the
previous run, Porb = 0.07976 d. Psh will have
               to wait for more runs.
