Following the discovery report of this possible dwarf nova in Pegasus
by ASAS-SN (ATel #7809) and [vsnet-alert 18856, 18857] I have checked
archival NEAT images available from SkyMorph website at
http://skyview.gsfc.nasa.gov/skymorph/obs.html (S. Pravdo et al.).
There was a previous outburst in October 2001:

ASASSN-15mu
  20010925.2395 17.54CV NEAT
  20010925.2607 17.46CV NEAT
  20010925.2816 17.46CV NEAT
  20011006.1993 14.12CV NEAT Outburst!
  20011006.2098 14.11CV NEAT
  20011006.2203 14.12CV NEAT
  20011013.1613 17.01CV NEAT
  20011013.1822 17.02CV NEAT
  20011013.2032 17.14CV NEAT

I was using nearby CSS J225229.5+102138 (1.5' NNW of the variable)
with the unfiltered magnitude CV=13.9 as a reference star.
