V404 Cyg: rapid variation recorded by visual observers

Such violent variations are only rarely seen in all
astrophysical objects (the only other examples include
V4641 Sgr). Let's look it visually, too.
Such variations may weaken if the object further brightens
to the full outburst maximum. So it is the chance now.

Results of time-series CCD observations will be
reported by Kimura-san.

We should note that in ATel strongly likely intrinsic
polarization has been reported.
