On V704 And

Patrick Schmeer has suggested that the object is known
as a VY Scl-type CV. In the past, the object was reported
rather constant at around 13.5 (visual) in 2000-2003
in the VSNET data. The object was not regularly reported
since then by visual observers.

Since 2009, the object apparently changed its pattern
of variability and it has been mostly recorded in low state.
Two "outburst"-like phenomena were recorded in recent years.
Since "outbursts" resemble the behavior in MV Lyr (VY Scl-type).
