GGR14 = ASASSN-15pg: spectroscopy and no strong superhumps

   Itoh-san and Lew Cook have reported observations.
As expected from the inferred type, there were no
strong superhump modulations.  Colin Littlefield has
reported a low-resolution spectrum showing a relatively
red continuum dominated by strong, single-peaked H-alpha
emission.  The spectrum is consistent with a symbiotic
classification.
