Dear colleagues,

I have just concluded the analysis of tonight’s 2016, Dec 05/06 unfiltered CCD photometry session of MASTER OT J030205.67+254834.3. Observations were made at CBA Belgium Observatory, using a 0.35-m f/6.3 telescope and STT-3200ME CCD camera, during a (limited) time span of 0.19d. They sky initially was very clear but then became overcast. The resulting light curve clearly shows the presence of double-waved superhumps with an amplitude of 0.17 mag. A period analysis using the ANOVA, PDM and Lomb-Scargle methods (Peranso), yields a combined preliminary superhump period of 0.0621 +/- 0.0013d, hence establishing this object as a new WZ Sge-type dwarf nova. The object was at mag 14.0 (unfiltered).

Observations will be sent to CBA and VSNET for further analysis.

Best regards
Tonny
