MASTER OT J095958.98-190100.6 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>7m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 09h
59m 58.98s -19d 01m 00.6s on 2016-06-17.77954 UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 
13.3m
(limit 18.8m).

The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.

We have reference image without OT on 2016-04-12.80183 UT with unfiltered
magnitude limit 19.8m. 

There is USNO-B1 star with B=20.71,R=20.70 and GALEX source, it means the
dwarf nova outburst with current amplitude more then 7m.

Spectral observations are required.
