T/series during the past two nights, Oct 9 -10, have clearly shown developing (double humped) early superhumps on ASASSN-16lo. Their mean period is, according to the ANOVA method (Peranso), 0.0542 +/- 0.0002 days. Amplitude is 0.06 - 0.08 mag. ASASSN-16lo is still quite bright at 14.8 mag.
