I have found new blue variable star with an amplitude at least 2 mag
while exploring DSS plates around recently discovered dwarf nova
MASTER OT J204627.96+242218.0 (ATel #9470,
http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=9470 and object #2 there).
Both objects are quite bright UV sources in GALEX. The field is not
covered by CRTS and NEAT.

MASTER OT J204627.96+242218.0 (15.5-19.8)
USNO-B1.0 1143-0498235 (20 46 27.90 +24 22 19.1 B1=19.71 R1=N/A
B2=19.83 R2=19.53 I=N/A)
GALEX J204627.9+242219 (FUV=N/A NUV=17.25)
Probably the star was in outburst during GALEX observations.

DDE 48 (UCAC4 position: 20 46 11.80 +24 20 57.2)
GALEX J204611.8+242057 (FUV=N/A NUV=17.73+/-0.04)
USNO-A2.0 1125-16975798 (B=15.6 R=15.5)
USNO-B1.0 1143-0497954 (B1=16.21 R1=15.89 B2=16.08 R2=16.58 I=15.94)
UCAC4 572-112049
CMC15 J204611.8+242057 (r'=17.413)
WISE J204611.84+242057.6 (W1=16.744)

10'x10' color-combined chart showing both objects:

DDE 48 has been added to the list of variable stars at
http://scan.sai.msu.ru/~denis/VarDDE.html but not yet submitted to
VSX. Based on UV and R magnitudes, it is most likely a new CV.
However, there's a chance of it being the large amplitude (15.5-17.4)
RR Lyrae star. Observations are definitely encouraged, since we can
"hit two hares with one stone" here (sounds good for Vulpecula)!
Hopefully both stars will get AUIDs soon.
