Re: ASASSN-17pn: 2nd superoutburst now

The object appears to be a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova
with two superoutbursts with a short temporary fading
between them. Ordinary superhumps appear only during
the second superoutburst. The separation of two superoutbursts
in similar systems vary between objects, such as
CRTS J122221.6-311524, V529 Dra (long intervals)
to shorter one ASASSN-15jd (see
http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2016PASJ...68...55K)
and this object. ASASSN-17pn has a shorter superhump period
(closer to the period minimum), and the difference appears to
reflect the activity sequence among period bouncers.
