Dear Maehara-san,

Yes, that's what I had already written here:
http://www.cbat.eps.harvard.edu/unconf/followups/J17244011-2421463.html

This H-alpha emission-line star is No. 11 ("KW 11") and named "519-33" in
"H-alpha emission stars toward Bulge" (L. Kohoutek, R. Wehmeyer, 2003).

Precise astrometry of PNV J17244011-2421463 is needed to confirm this
identification (spectroscopy, too).

Regards,
Patrick
