NY Ser: superoutburst from standstill again!

   Crimean Astrophys. Obs. team and Kasai-san reported
observations.  The object showed a brightening trend
since July 11 and developed superhumps.  It reached
the peak on July 14 with a 0.3 mag superhump.
The present state is quite unusual, never seen in
other objects in the long history of research!
