OT J082603.7+113821 = Catalina transient

CRTS detected a transient (CSS110124:082604+113821).
According to theCRT lightcurve, this object is usually at ~20
mag, and now seems to be undergoing an outburst (16 mag).

 This transient underwent another outburst in 2006 Mar. This
transient is likely to be a rare dwarf nova. Time-resolved
photometory is required.
