BZ UMa: rapid fading

   Rudolf Novak reported observations.  The object was fading
rapidly, and the present outburst is most likely a normal
outburst.

   Ohshima-san, please pay more attention to choose the target
list (check whether it is a normal outburst or a superoutburst).
It will be misleading to place a normal outburst on the top
of the priority list.
