ASASSN-14mv: rapid fading

   Josch Hambsch, Itoh-san, William Stein, Osaka Kyoiku U. team,
Ian Miller, Michael Richmond and Pavol A. Dubovsky have
reported new observations.  The object is still
superhumping.  The most recent data by Stein indicates
rapid fading on Jan. 7.  This object may have entered
oscillating phase if it is an AM CVn-type CV.
