   I don't understand the reasoning in ATel 6993.

   If this statement is correct, there would be no
reason to doubt the identity of blue object found in
the FBS (must be FBS 0713+648) with the object 
(=ASASSN-15bq) south to a brighter star.
This brighter star was (probably incorrectly) identified
as FBS 0713+648 in Mickaelian 2004 (A&A 426, 367)
as suggested in vsnet-alert 18227.
