[vsnet-rcb 796] RCB Star UX Ant in deep decline

As reported by Stephen Hovell in vsnet-rcb 795 of 14 June 2012, the RCB star
UX Ant is currently undergoing a deep decline that, based on earlier
observations by Andrew Pearce, appears to have commenced near 2012 May 23.

Other RCB stars also at or near minimum under poor seeing conditions last
