Further identifications:
194259.90 +321940.5 (2000.0) 1RXS J194259.9+321940 (obs. 1990-10-19 to 21)

194302.04 +321913.8 (2000.0) USNO-B1.0 1223-0482965 R1=15.54 R2=16.33

So far the outburst/eruption amplitude is about 10 magnitudes;
the object may be a (slow?) nova, recurrent nova, X-ray nova
(?? - eruption not yet detected in X-rays), or possibly WZ Sge-type
dwarf nova.

Regards,
Patrick
