Nova Sco 2008 probably caught on the rise in ASAS-3

ASAS-3 probably recorded this nova during the early rising stage
about 0.4 d before Haseda-san's first positive observation.
ASAS-3 data referred to blended magnitude with GSC7378.2004, but
was significantly brighter on Sep. 1 than past observations.

The nova is apparently still in premaximum stage, as was in
another slow nova V5579 Sgr.
