   Tim Crawford has just reported observations before ordinary superhump
evolved.  The combined data prefer a period of 0.05698(8) d, with a mean
full amplitude of 0.06 mag and broader double-humped maxima.  The profile
is consistent with those of early superhumps.  The fractional period
excess inferred from this identification is 1.8%, close to WZ Sge-type
dwarf novae such as V455 And (Psh = 0.05713 d, eps = 1.5%), V466 And
(Psh = 0.05720 d, eps = 1.5%).

   Further observations are encouraged!
