OT J161027.6+090739 superhump period update

   Greg Bolt and Ian Miller have reported further observations.
The stage A-B transition has been very clearly demonstrated.
The mean superhump periods for July 27-31 (stage A) was 0.05861(7) d
and after July 31 (stage B) was 0.05781(1) d.  The expected positive
Pdot for the stage B has not yet been evident.
