OT J003203.6+314510 = Catalina transient

   This new Catalina CV (=CSS091220:003204+314510) had a brighter
outburst (mag 15.1 on 2006 Sep. 25) in the past.  Although the
amplitude of the outbursts are relatively small, further observations
might be interesting.
