OT J043112.5-031452: beat phenomenon
This object shows shallowers eclipse and narrower superhumps
on 15th, 18th and 21th. This seems to be the beat phenomenon.
According to the estimated superhump period and orbital period,
beat cycle is 2.902 d.
The profile is also influenced by the beat phenomenon.
Near the superhump-eclipse conjuction and opposition, the eclipse
profile is near symmetory. Meanwhile the eclipse profile is
asymmetry arund quadrature. Namely the decline is faster than the
rising inthe eclipses after the maximum while the rising is faster
than the decline before the maximum, inversely. This is because
the disk edge elongated by the tidal force of the secondary
is brighter.
